Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer

Job Type: Part-time

Role Summary:

Bring energy, motivation, and coaching excellence to every class. You’ll lead members through F45’s signature group training sessions, coach form and modifications, and help create a high-vibe, results-driven community.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach dynamic group workouts with energy and clarity
Provide personalized support and corrections
Demonstrate and scale movements for all levels
Build member connections and studio culture
Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (preferred)
1+ years of coaching experience (preferred)
CPR/AED certified (preferred)
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
Weekend availability required
