Your Mission

As a PRN - Relief Lab Aide (Phlebotomist) in Cortez, you’ll help keep patient care moving fast and safely by collecting high-quality specimens and supporting accurate lab testing.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures and capillary/skin punctures efficiently and correctly
- Understand test requirements and assist the Clinical Laboratory as needed
- Collect specimens for blood cultures, bleeding time testing, and routine blood samples
- Complete patient/specimen registration in line with hospital policy

Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Communicate effectively in English (additional languages preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills
