Job DetailsJob Location: Cortland, NY 13045Salary Range: $16.80 - $16.80 HourlyMonday-Friday 10:30am-4:00pm 27.5 hours/week Physical Requirements Lift 10 lb. routinely Lift once a day to 10 times a week 50 lbs Stand for entire shift Stoop, bend, push, pull throughout a shift Duties Responsible for maintaining clean ServiceWare (plates, cups, cutlery, bowls) and restocking in the unit.  The dish machine and pulper also maintained during service by this position.  Runing and cleaning kitchenware at the pot sink.  Additional cleaning duties are included in the position. Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils manually or with equipment such as dish machines or whirlpool sink. Restocks pots, pans, dish ware and utensils in customer areas and back of the house. Removes trash and cardboard from back of the house and customer areas. Log temperatures of dish machines. Test the concentration of dishwasher sanitizing agents in sinks. Cleans floors, mats, equipment and work surfaces. May use a floor machine. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the chemical storage and mop room. Uses commercial strength chemicals to clean, sanitize and polish. Shovels snow and salts doorways and loading dock entrances. Reviews fire extinguishers monthly for charging and usability. Assists in other areas with food preparation duties as needed. Any duties as assigned based on business needs. QualificationsQualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Skills Ability to read on a level to comprehend product labels, recipes and safety instructions Ability to interact with customers, coworkers, and vendors in a diplomatic manner Ability to work effectively as a team member Ability to perform routine tasks that are directed to the workstation.
