What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies.
   

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL and ability to meet DOT driving requirements.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
   

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
   

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment
   

What We Offer

• $26.93 to $28.93 per hour
