The Senior Financial Systems Specialist – Hybrid is a hands-on technical expert responsible for the operations, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP and key Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including the Financial Consolidation and Close System (FCCS) and the Account Reconciliation Cloud System (ARCS). This role serves as the subject matter expert for FCCS and ARCS, driving best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring the systems effectively support business goals.
In addition to primary responsibilities, this position also provides support and maintenance for other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, EDMC and PCMC).
What You’ll Do:
Administer and maintain Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud systems and related policies and procedures, designed to obtain, record, and update foundational system data.
Configure, Implement, test, deploy, and manage Oracle Financial Cloud environments.
Perform root cause analysis and manage resolution of system issues, including escalation and coordination with Oracle Support and internal teams.
You will collaborate with the Information Systems team, Accounting, and internal team members to evaluate, design, and otherwise provide solutions that contribute to the delivery of the Accounting/Finance business solutions.
You’ll participate in system requirements definition studies, developing workflows of current and proposed system operations, collection, and organization of pertinent system documentation.
Provide analysis and direction to devise or modify applications and/programs to extract routine and ad hoc reporting for the accounting team and for data integration projects.
You will develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
Develop, implement, enhance and provide technical control and support for the current and future cloud modules.
You’ll devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of EPM system upgrades.
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
5–7 years of experience administering, implementing, or supporting Oracle EPM Cloud systems (ERP, FCCS, and ARCS strongly preferred).
3–5 years of experience in a full-function Finance or Accounting environment with a solid understanding of financial processes.
Advanced knowledge of ERP/EPM tools such as Fusion, FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, PCMC, EDM, and/or HFM.
Proficiency in Python, MDX, Calc Scripts, or other relevant programming languages.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive mindset.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to work overtime or after-hours as needed.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$106,900.00 - $142,200.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
