Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our growing immigration law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current law student or recent law school graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in a client-focused legal environment.


As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with Attorneys to support a variety of immigration matters. This position offers meaningful exposure to case strategy, legal research, drafting, and client interaction across multiple areas of immigration law.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analyze immigration-related issues
  • Draft motions, declarations, memoranda, and supporting legal documents


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior immigration law experience is preferred, but not required
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
