Salary: $135,000 - $195,000 per year

Our nationwide law firm is actively seeking an associate to join their Labor and Employment practice. This position has remote flexibility. This firm offers the opportunity to work alongside top attorneys that are experts in the field.
Candidates should have experience with wage and class action, PAGA, and FEHA. Experience working across other general civil and commercial litigation is a plus. All candidates must be well versed in legal research, drafting of pleading and motions, depositions, managing discovery requests, and trial work.
