As a Lab Technician, you'll be hands-on in our laboratory, supporting testing projects from start to finish. You'll receive and prepare client samples, conduct testing, maintain laboratory equipment, and accurately document test data. Your attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures will directly support the quality and integrity of our testing services. You'll work alongside experienced technical professionals in a collaborative environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork matter. What You'll Do Receive, document, and prepare client samples for testing. Follow laboratory work orders, procedures, and established testing protocols. Conduct assigned testing with accuracy, precision, and impartiality. Prepare complete and accurate test data for the technical team. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Accurately track project and laboratory time. Follow company SOPs, the Lab Operations Manual, and Business Management System requirements. Follow all laboratory safety requirements, including proper handling of hazardous materials. Support the team with additional duties and projects as needed. QualificationsQualifications We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn! The ideal candidate will have: Construction Experience; or the ability to operate hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to carefully follow written procedures, work orders, and safety requirements. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and impartiality in testing activities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds..
