JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage a sound, cost effective maintenance program of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to minimize unscheduled equipment downtime. Achieve this goal by assisting in the implementation of RCM and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs throughout Renewal manufacturing.
 
This position ensures that the assigned maintenance team is operating in accordance with Andersen’s values, employee covenant, and strategic direction. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide effective supervision, training, and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals 

  • Deploy a strategy that builds, retains, and engages all employees through inclusion and teamwork, and provides a safe and special place to work 

  • Provide managers with the necessary reports, metric measurements, progress of work orders, and planned work 

  • Develop/institute maintenance best practices with clearly defined metrics that have the result of driving operational performance  

  • Perform long-range planning to forecast maintenance needs 

  • Ensure our teams and working partners adhere to corporate processes  

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard maintenance talent as needed  

  • Actively manage, implement, monitor and/or contribute toward programs intended to increase the uptime of assets. Such programs include, but are not limited to, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and total productive maintenance.  

  • Ensure consistency throughout the maintenance function 

  • Establish, justify, monitor, analyze, and manage maintenance budgets 

  • Identify and implement training programs to develop the skills of maintenance technicians to continue to meet the needs of the changing business 

  • Ensure compliance to regulatory codes and statutes

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-year degree in engineering, technology, management, or equivalent experience 

  • Experience with world-class manufacturing practices (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.) 

  • Maintenance management experience desired 

  • Strong coaching and people development skills  

  • Strong, proactive communicator, effective both 1:1 and in groups 

  • Able to develop and maintain a respectful and safe work environment 

PAY RANGE:

$78,824.00 - $122,176.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
