Purpose:
This position is responsible for performing maintenance activities with a primary focus on instrumentation and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and support. The role also involves assisting with a variety of general maintenance tasks as required to support overall plant reliability and performance.Â
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to supporting preventive maintenance (PM) objectives.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems.Â
- Apply thorough knowledge of instrumentation and electrical applications in a maintenance environment.Â
- Assist with basic mechanical work and other maintenance repairs as needed.Â
- Follow directions from supervision while remaining self-motivated and goal-oriented.Â
- Support and contribute to the company’s Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program.Â
- Communicate repair status clearly to supervision and complete all required documentation.Â
- Participate in a rotating weekly call-out schedule.Â
- Perform other duties as assigned.Â
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance.Â
- Strong working knowledge of:Â Â

- Control valvesÂ

- TransmittersÂ

- Level sensors and related instrumentationÂ
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.Â
- Ability to input, manage, and maintain data using computer software systems.Â
- Proficiency in repairing equipment to OEM specifications and tolerances.Â
- Ability to complete detailed maintenance and repair documentation.Â
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to determine root cause of equipment failures.Â
- Experience repairing and replacing electrical components.Â
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Â
- Basic knowledge of SAP or the ability and willingness to learn.Â
- Willingness and availability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.Â
