Responsibilities Process and organize vendor invoices Match invoices to purchase orders/receipt Assist with check/ACH payment runs Maintain AP files and documentation Support vendor statement reconciliations Help with general data entry and month-end tasks Experience High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (Excel helpful) Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Willingness to learn Pre-Employment Requirements Drug screening Background check Physical examination Work Location: In person Qualifications
