APP - Outpatient Primary Care (Northern Potter/Westfield)

UPMC North Central PA is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Family Medicine CRNP or Physician Assistant to join our progressive primary care team. This opportunity supports our Northern Potter and Westfield Health Centers with long-standing well-respected reputations in their respective communities.

UPMC Cole is a modern, progressive system centered around a 25-bed critical access hospital located on a large, well-maintained campus with a service area covering 55,000 people living in six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York. UPMC Cole owns and operates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersport and the counties that surround the hospital.

CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:

· Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

· American Citizen or FMG

· Great communication skills and empathy are required.

· Board-Certified

· New graduates considered

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

· Hospital employment

· Contract includes

o Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms

o Sign on bonus eligible 

o CME: annually 5 days and $3,000

o PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays

o Incentive

§ Potential to earn 5%25 of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive

§ Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:

· Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:30

· Start: As soon as possible

· EMR system – Epic

PA-C or CRNP

Must be qualified for a license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
