Job DetailsJob Location: Convalescent Center - Nespelem, WA 99155Salary Range: $45.70 - $45.70 HourlyCLOSING DATE:     Open Until filled with Bi-weekly reviews POSITION:               LPN SALARY:                   $ 45.12 per hour REPORTS TO:        Director of Nursing LOCATION:               Convalescent Center, Nespelem WA Qualifications Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington ; AND have 12 months of experience in a long-term care facility required. Knowledgeable of nursing, medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Must report abuse and neglect to State Hotline as a mandated reporter. Ability to make independent decisions. Ability to cover extra shifts when able, as this facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Must successfully clear an extensive Criminal History Background Inquiry and maintain throughout employment. Must maintain a State Drivers’ License and be eligible for the Tribes’ insurance throughout employment.
