Join the Highway Signing Team
Highway Signing is hiring CDL Operators to support traffic control and pavement marking operations throughout Iowa and Nebraska.
This is not an over-the-road driving position. Our CDL Operators work hands-on with specialized equipment and crews on roadway projects that help keep communities safe and moving.

What We’re Looking For
- Â Valid Class A or Class B CDL preferredÂ
- Â Tanker endorsement is a plusÂ
- Â Good driving record and safety mindsetÂ
- Â Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsÂ
- Â Mechanical aptitude is helpfulÂ
- Â Ability to lift up to 75 poundsÂ
- Â Willingness to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends during peak seasonÂ
- Â Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicÂ
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow.
