Job Description
The Roll‑Out Technician is a lifecycle and deployment execution role responsible for delivering standardized endpoint replacements, new hardware deployments, and project‑based builds across the organization. This role is foundational to Desktop Support and directly enables refresh velocity, operational readiness, and support stability.
The focus of this role is accuracy, consistency, and throughput at scale, not deep troubleshooting or improvisational support. Roll‑Out Technicians operate within clearly defined standards and are expected to escalate early when work falls outside documented scope.
Strong Roll‑Out Technicians form the pipeline for future Level 1 support staff by building discipline, execution maturity, and environmental awareness.
