As a Youth Care Specialist I, you'll be an essential part of our Emergency Shelter Services team. Your responsibilities would include maintaining safe, visual supervision of children and youth ages 0–19, upholding the structure and therapeutic environment of the program, building genuine and respectful relationships with the youth in our care, and keeping accurate documentation across each shift.
