Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Alkegen Manufacturing Facility Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday)

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
• Load and unload materials and monitor production quality
• Use basic measuring tools
• Adjust machine controls as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and company policies
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ·Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• · Basic math and communication skills
• · Strong attention to safety
• · Reliable and self-motivated
• · Flexible to work in different roles

Physical Requirements

• · Lift up to 50 lbs
• · Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift
• · Work in a noisy manufacturing environment

Shift Hours

• · 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• · 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
