Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Alkegen Manufacturing Facility Shifts Available: 1st (Monday–Thursday)

We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate machines according to work instructions

· Load and unload materials and monitor production quality

· Use basic measuring tools

· Adjust machine controls as needed

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Follow all safety and company policies

· Report equipment or quality issues to supervision

· Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Basic math and communication skills

· Strong attention to safety

· Reliable and self-motivated

· Flexible to work in different roles

Education & Experience

· Training provided for the position

Physical Requirements

· Lift up to 50 lbs

· Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift

· Work in a noisy manufacturing environment
