Qualifications and Responsibilities

· 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Service Plumber

· Proven expertise in commercial plumbing service across various settings, including office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and distribution centers

· Strong skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, boilers, and sump pumps

· Drain cleaning and jetting experience is essential

· Proficient in working with water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe

· Experience with pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and both duplex and triplex sump pumps

· Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial water heaters and boilers

· Availability for a rotating 24-hour service schedule (one week every six weeks), with additional pay for on-call services

· Must safely operate a service truck, which needs to be stored at home in a secure location (driveway or garage only; no street parking)

· Willingness to work nights and weekends as project demands arise

· Experience interacting with commercial clients is a must; we value personable and professional candidates.
