We are seeking a temp to hire a front desk receptionist for a busy orthopedic practice.Â
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide information to patients regarding the organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with project coordination as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a medical or dental office is a bonus
