Position Overview
Andersen Commercial Plumbing is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to support our growing commercial tenant improvement (TI) division. Our projects include tech offices, medical offices, R&D spaces, and creative commercial interiors in fast-paced construction environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, speed, and responsibility, and who can take commercial plumbing projects from pricing through closeout while working closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage awarded projects from startup to completion
Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and manpower
Track job costs, labor, and production
Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Attend job site and coordination meetings
Maintain strong communication with GCs, owners, and field crews
Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore and project management software (Trimble Experience a +)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
$110,000 - $150,000/year salary DOE
