This position offers the chance to manage a variety of custom structural steel and material handling projects while growing your project management career within a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee assigned projects from handoff through completion while serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams. You'll coordinate schedules, documentation, communication, and project milestones to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple projects from kickoff through final closeout.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout each project.
  • Coordinate activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Solutions, Submittal Services, S-Mark Inspections, and other internal teams.
  • Lead project kickoff and coordination meetings.
  • Track project schedules, engineering drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, approvals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate fabrication schedules, procurement activities, installation planning, and project logistics.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or scope changes.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular project status updates.
  • Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support successful project execution.
  • Assist in resolving project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management department.
