Job DetailsJob Location: ARTESIA APARTMENTS - Covington, LA 70433Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $20.00Are you highly organized and great with people? Do you have a passion for sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? If so, join our team as the Assistant Manager at our Artesia apartment community in Covington and help prospective residents find their perfect home! What You’ll Do: Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins, scheduling with our maintenance team and vendors to meet company apartment turn guidelines Greet prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention Assist with marketing efforts and community events Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws Qualifications Sales and customer service background; experience in property management preferred Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred, or willingness to learn A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed Why Join Us?
