We're hiring an experienced Diesel Technician at our Covington location to join a crew that takes pride in the work and looks out for each other. If you've got a couple of years of wrench time and you're ready to grow — we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Independent Wrenching: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced air systems (compressors, dryers, valves), HVAC systems, and steering components.
• Bolt-On Components: Manifolds, turbos, water pumps, fan drives, and air compressors.
• Inspections & Alignments: Federal DOT inspections and accurate alignments using our shop equipment.
• Electrical Troubleshooting: Tracking down starting and charging issues — alternators, batteries, starters.
• Primary Systems: Brakes, wheel-end assemblies, drivelines, suspensions, and tire service.

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on work on heavy-duty trucks.
• Credentials: Valid driver's license and a High School diploma (or equivalent). CDL is a plus.
• The Right Mindset: Proactive problem-solver, takes pride in the work, communicates clearly, manages time well.
• Physical Capability: Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a busy shop environment.
