We are seeking a detail‑driven, mission‑aligned Home Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high‑quality, person‑centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 
    • Knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations. 
    • 1 year of supervisory experience supporting individuals with IDD or 3 years as a Direct Support Professional.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Required Training/Certifications/Insurance: 
    • First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration
    • RELIAS courses 
    • Valid driver’s license with good driving record 
    • Clear background checks
    • Adequate vehicle insurance and all HR‑required personnel documents
Role Overview
The Home Manager ensures full compliance with agency policies, DDA and state requirements while leading staff, supporting individuals served, and maintaining safe, person‑centered home environments.

Core Responsibilities
  • Uphold and model the agency’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Implement agency policies and maintain compliance with all DDA and licensure standards.
  • Serve as primary liaison with care coordinators, families, medical providers, and the person’s circle of support.
  • Promote community integration, independence, and person‑centered outcomes.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing staff training (documentation, MARs, medical needs, safety, PCSP requirements, home operations).
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for DSPs.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance issues, and weekly scheduling meetings.
  • Fill in for direct support as needed during emergencies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all home issues.
  • Ensure home safety: fire drills, equipment checks, cleanliness, food supply, and vehicle safety.
  • Oversee medical coordination, physician orders, and medication administration compliance.
  • Complete and upload all required weekly/monthly paperwork.
  • Manage home and person‑supported financial procedures per agency and DDA policy.
  • Follow event reporting protocols and participate in REF committee meetings.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and carry the on‑call phone on rotation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
