Take the lead: prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating all care touchpoints for your patientās delivery and post-partum care.Ā

Monitor and engage with your patients, families, andĀ appropriate careĀ team members concerningĀ significant events, patient condition changes, or patient questions and concerns.Ā
Prevent and treat wounds.Ā
Monitor and execute Joint Commission infection control and environment of care requirements.Ā
Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, consistent communications, and an exceptional experience for every patient and their families.Ā
Advise and consult with supervisor when unable to complete assignments or perform tasks promptly, effectively, or safely.Ā
Initiate patient and family education usingĀ appropriate resourcesĀ and continuum of care services.Ā
Contribute to the team byĀ assistingāÆothers without being asked.Ā
