  • Working knowledge of production cabling and connectors (XLR, DMX, powerCON, Ethercon, Socapex, etc.)
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and other manufacturer service documentation.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.

  • Experience with LED video wall panels, processors, or video signal troubleshooting.
  • Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Prior experience in live events, touring, or equipment rental/staging.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair audio, video, lighting, and power equipment flagged as faulty.

  • Log repairs and track parts orders in the inventory management system.
  • Initiate and track manufacturer RMAs and outside vendor repairs when equipment needs factory service.
  • Maintain an organized repair bench and manage spare parts/consumables stock, flagging reorder needs.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Warehouse-based role, with some exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variation typical of a working warehouse.
