Job Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in planning and coordinating daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate service.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Verify that deliveries meet company standards for accuracy and condition.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with tracking deliveries, returns, and inventory movement.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate records of delivery performance and incidents.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help onboard and train new delivery staff on procedures and safety protocols.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide ongoing coaching to improve efficiency and service quality.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Report and address any safety hazards or compliance issues immediately.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track KPIs such as NILs (Not in Location) and PPH (Pieces per Hour).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide input for process improvements and operational efficiency.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor unloading, putaway, and picking of merchandise to be delivered to customers.
