SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition & HR Systems and plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition function by sourcing, recruiting, screening, and selecting full-time and contingent (temp-to-hire) talent. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies that meet organizational needs while guiding candidates and hiring managers through the full recruiting lifecycle.
This position emphasizes building strong, trusted relationships with leaders across the organization, thriving in a high-volume recruiting environment, and driving innovative recruiting strategies that strengthen and promote the Lendmark employer brand.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain full-time and temp-to-perm candidate pipelines, effectively managing candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle to support business growth.
Design and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies that attract both active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and robust use of social recruiting platforms and professional associations (e.g., Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, SHRM).
Leverage existing talent pools and integrate multiple sourcing approaches to create innovative recruiting strategies focused on Branch Operations support roles.
Utilize data, metrics, and business insights to provide strategic guidance and recommendations on recruiting approaches.
Share and redeploy qualified candidates across teams, implementing strategies to meet hiring goals for full-time and temp-to-perm Branch Operations positions.
Collaborate with the SVP, Talent Acquisition & HR Systems and TA team members to create sustainable recruiting strategies that foster belonging and ensure fair and inclusive access to opportunities for all candidates.
Manage high-volume recruiting efforts for both field and corporate roles, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Plan and coordinate hiring events, including traditional and military job fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events, in collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
Advise and consult with the SVP, Talent Acquisition & HR Systems on critical hiring decisions, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting strategy alignment.
Lead, manage, and develop direct reports, supporting professional growth and performance excellence.
Maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activities, candidate records, and hiring manager interactions, ensuring proper use of the applicant tracking system and compliance with federal and state fair hiring requirements.
Build and sustain strategic relationships with business leaders and HR partners to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
Coach hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices, including interviewing techniques, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
Identify, assess, and manage potential hiring-related risks associated with assigned positions as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or comparable education or related training
8+ years talent acquisition experience (recruiting & sourcing)
8+ years’ experience with web-based talent searches and scheduling based software
8+ years of Applicant Tracking System software
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to travel as necessary to attend career fairs and hiring events
Experience sourcing contingent/contract labor
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree
PHR or SHRM CP
Prior HR experience in the financial services industry
Experience with Workday ATS
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Experience of the selected candidate.
This position is eligible for Semi-Annual Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
