The Treasury Director serves as the day-to-day operational leader for ProMach's treasury activities, reporting to the VP, Corporate Treasury. The role manages daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank account administration, debt compliance support, treasury controls, and acquisition treasury onboarding. The Treasury Director will help scale ProMach’s treasury infrastructure through process standardization, automation, and strong collaboration with business unit finance teams, accounting, tax, payroll, legal, and external banking partners.

· Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity reporting, ensuring adequate liquidity for domestic and international operations.

· Maintain and improve short-term and long-range cash forecasting processes to optimize cash utilization and minimize borrowing costs.

· Own bank account administration, documentation, KYC, signatory maintenance, user access, and bank portal controls of domestic and international banking partners.

· Lead account rationalization, cash concentration, and treasury service implementation projects.

· Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and banking controls, including implementing practical payment, reconciliation, and fraud controls.

· Administer revolving credit facilities, securitization programs, and other financing arrangements.

· Support amendments, renewals, refinancing's, and capital structure projects.

· Prepare debt schedules, interest calculations, covenant compliance packages, and lender reporting, coordinating supporting documentation with accounting and finance.

· Maintain derivative exposure reporting and hedging support schedules.

· Coordinate derivative documentation and settlement process.

· Lead the annual global insurance renewal process, including collection, validation and analysis of exposure data used during underwriting.

· Own treasury management system, workflow design, bank connectivity, reporting automation, and user access control.

· As part of M&A process, coordinate banking transition, cash visibility, credit card programs and processing, insurance exposure data and coverage, and fraud prevention diligence and set up as relates to the acquired company.

· Provide leadership and development for treasury team members, including accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

· Build scalable treasury processes to support continued growth through acquisition and organic expansion.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

· 8+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience with 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

· Exceptional integrity and exercise of sound judgement while working with confidential data, corporate funds, and strategic initiatives. 

· Experience supporting multi-entity or multinational organizations.

· Treasury Management Systems (TMS) experience; Kyriba preferred. 

· Strong understanding of cash forecasting, debt administration, and banking operations. 

· Knowledge of foreign exchange and risk management concepts. 

· Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. 

· Ability to influence and collaborate across a decentralized organization. 

· Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment. 

· Continuous improvement mindset with relentless attention to detail.

Preferred:

· Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

· CPA, CFA, or MBA.

· Manufacturing, industrial, or private-equity-backed company experience.
