The counter and Front of House position is one of our most important guest facing postion in the restaurant. Our customer service starts here and helps to ensure that all of our guest receive the warm hospitality that Fat Boy's Pizza has become known for. We pride ourselves on delivering great service to all of our guest. This postion is for people who are outgoing, welcoming and enjoy to the general public.
Primary Responsibilities
*Greet and take guest order, be knowledgeable of our dining options, ring in orders and take payments on the POS system, in the resturant and over the phone.
*Explain "How it works" at Fat Boy's - where the foutain drinks, napkins, and condiments are located. How to find a table and display the order number card, talk about the pizza in the display case and the popular options are starting with the Slice's.
* Bring food to the table and make sure our guest have all they need,
*Bus and clean tablesas guest finish dining.
*opening and closing duties before resturant opens and after it closes.
