- Take the lead: prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating all care touchpoints for your patients.Ā
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensureĀ appropriate directĀ patient care.Ā Ā
- Maintain andĀ advocateĀ a safe environment for everyone.Ā Ā
- Monitor and engage with your patients, families, andĀ appropriate careĀ team members concerningĀ significant events, patient condition changes, or patient questions and concerns.Ā
- Prevent and treat wounds.Ā
- Monitor and execute Joint Commission infection control and environment of care requirements.Ā
- Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, consistent communications, and an exceptional experience for every patient.Ā
- Advise and consult with supervisor when unable to complete assignments or perform tasks promptly, effectively, or safely.Ā
- Initiate patient and family education usingĀ appropriate resourcesĀ and continuum of care services.Ā
- Contribute to the team byĀ assistingāÆothers without being asked.Ā

Minimum:Ā
Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.Ā
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.Ā
Current PALs certification.Ā
