What You'll Be Doing

Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and vacation objectives

Assist with trip planning, reservations, and itinerary coordination
Communicate important travel details, confirmations, schedules, and updates
Support clients with changes, special requests, and travel-related questions
Research travel options and present recommendations tailored to individual needs
Review travel arrangements and documentation for accuracy
Maintain organized records and client profiles within company systems
Utilize approved resources and supplier tools to support planning activities
Participate in training sessions, educational programs, and team meetings
