Truck Washer, North Shore

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

In this position the Truck Washer will clean the interior and exterior of trucks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Cleans vehicle interior.
2. Cleans windows.
3. Washes vehicle exterior.
4. Removes dust, grease, and oil from exterior surfaces of vehicles.
5. Ensures that the vehicle is clean interior and exterior.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
• Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro USA.
• Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

• Required to exert physical effort in handling objects up to 50 pounds with the ability to push, pull or physically lift.
• Physically able to bend at the waist and knees.
• Physically able to climb truck steps and climb ladders as needed to clean vehicles.

• Shop environment including, but not limited to, machines, tools, heavy equipment, chemicals, solvents, strong odors, dust, and fumes.
• Exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents and residential waste.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Normal setting for this job is: Inside and Outside with occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions.
