The City of Craig is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join our Museum Department as a Museum Office Manager. About the Role

This position, as the Museum Office Manager, supports daily operations and ensures the Museum runs smoothly and efficiently. From maintaining historical collections and managing museum records to assisting with exhibits and gift shop operations.

Saturdays are currently required as part of the regular work schedule.

The selected candidate may begin this position on or after July 1, 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Catalog, label, and maintain museum collections and artifacts
  • Maintain records and databases using PastPerfect software
  • Process gift shop sales, donations, inventory, and reporting
  • Assist with exhibits, displays, and archival projects
  • Support museum leadership with administrative and operational needs
  • Help create a welcoming and engaging experience for visitors

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution and one year of related experience; OR three years of related experience in office administration and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or records management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle check, and background check

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $45,599/year ($21.92/hour) – $65,548/year ($31.51/hour) DOE
