As a Partner Support Specialist (PSS), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our dealer partners, helping guide projects from quote to installation while delivering exceptional service every step of the way. What You'll Do As a Partner Support Specialist, you'll act as a key liaison between our dealer partners and internal departments to ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver exceptional service and support to our dealer partners. Communicate with partners by phone regarding project updates, including conversations involving sensitive or challenging information. Coordinate and communicate project details internally and externally via phone and email. Manage quotes, orders, installations, and post-installation inquiries in a timely manner. Regenerate quotations as needed. Create and maintain jobs within Stone Profit Systems. Gather all necessary project information to ensure accuracy and successful execution. Coordinate and manage job scheduling. Provide billing information to the Accounting team. Coordinate service work and remakes with management. Participate in dealer training sessions and customer visits. Partner with Strategic Account Managers to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Uphold Classic Rock's Core Values in every interaction. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Working Conditions Primarily office-based in a temperature-controlled environment.
