As a Design Center Assistant / Receiver at Classic Rock, you’ll help homeowners make their dream selections while ensuring materials move efficiently through our warehouse. This role is perfect for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Design Center Support: Deliver exceptional customer service during design appointments Assist homeowners with stone, edge profile, and sink selections Answer phones and schedule design appointments Mark and track materials for customer holds, maintaining the Material Hold Log Facilitate Slab Smith photo documentation as needed Receiving & Inventory: Receive, verify, and put away incoming materials Notify or deliver products to end users and departments Verify documentation (packing slips, invoices) for all receipts Enter receiving data into the computer system and send digital copies to Purchasing Maintain raw material and critical supply inventories, including organization and cleaning Assist with outbound shipments and inventory cycle counts General Responsibilities: Uphold Classic Rock’s Core Values in all interactions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations Why Join Us: At Classic Rock, we value precision, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
