We're looking for a Strategic Account Specialist to help build lasting customer partnerships and support the delivery of life-changing medical devices to patients worldwide. Every customer interaction you make matters.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Manage customer orders, changes, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Prepare quotes and support customer proposals.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Analyze account performance and identify process improvements.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, supply chain and applicable programs.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, supply chain, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email platforms, and business systems to create reports, manage communications, and maintain records.
  • Ability to effectively use customer support tools such as ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems while managing customer inquiries and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical skills to identify trends and improve customer processes.
  • Understanding of data security and confidentiality practices when handling customer information.
