Your role:
FSI is seeking a high-velocity Account Executive with a proven track record of success in Healthcare, Facilities, Biomedical, or SaaS software space. Your primary role will be to continue to drive significant subscription and service revenue growth. We’re wrapping up a record year here at FSI and looking for someone that can join the team and make an immediate impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the requisite experience to further their career selling SaaS products to hospitals and other healthcare providers in a designated territory in the United States. Â
Your responsibilities:
Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of FSI’s flagship products and services to prospects based on the prospect's needs and prioritiesÂ
Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authorityÂ
Meet or exceed your quarterly sales quotaÂ
Own the success of your territory by defining goals and creating a detailed planÂ
Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practicesÂ
Supplement your pipeline by completing lead-generating activitiesÂ
3-6 years’ experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experienceÂ
Insight and experience selling software into the hospital industryÂ
Contacts in the Healthcare Facilities or Clinical Engineering spaceÂ
Significant understanding of the Northeast US healthcare marketÂ
Ability to engage with senior executivesÂ
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentÂ
Genuine customer empathyÂ
Team player mentality to ensure customer successÂ
Organized with strong time management skillsÂ
CRM management skillsÂ
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Office 365Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
A thirst for knowledge and growth in an early-stage environmentÂ
A sense of urgency and persistenceÂ
Proven success working remotelyÂ
Preferred Location: Candidates should ideally be located in the Northeast Region of the United States to facilitate travel to regional customers.
Compensation:
The compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The on target earnings is expected to fall within the range of $250,000 to $275,000 per year.
