USESI is seeking a motivated and experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our team at our Cranbury, NJ location.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments
  • Oversee unloading, checking, and system receipt of incoming materials
  • Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
  • Ensure all received goods are properly labeled, stored, and entered into inventory systems
  • Lead, train, and develop receiving team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
  • Monitor workflow and staffing to meet operational demands

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active throughout the shift
