The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving execution across multiple digital, print, video, live, and custom programs. The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate projects in a consistent and collaborative manner, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. This role requires strong organization, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to proactively anticipate risks while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project kick-off meetings, organizing stakeholders and creating agendas that clearly define tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines across multiple departments, continuously updating to ensure timely delivery.
  • Anticipate risks and collaborate with project teams to proactively identify solutions.
  • Utilize Workfront daily for project tracking, organization, and communication.
  • Lead internal and external status meetings, providing detailed reports with KPIs and project charters.
  • Build strong relationships with shared services teams, including Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, and Circulation.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-studio productions, including recruitment, scheduling, planning, and day-of execution.
  • Manage execution of projects across product families: digital, print, video, virtual and live events, and custom programs.
  • Actively participate in leadership and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 4–5+ years of project management or similar experience required. Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and medical/legal/regulatory review processes preferred. Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.
Skills: Clear oral and written communication; strong leadership, interpersonal, and facilitation skills; proven conflict resolution and consensus-building ability; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Location & Travel

Hybrid position based in Cranbury, NJ. Travel up to 10% for event and video program management.

Compensation Range:
$70,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
