SAIC is seeking a Communications Analyst to support the US Navy in Crane, IN.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain Purchase Requests tracker and submit request for approvalÂ
- Track item through procurement process - when item is sent for approval, approved received, purchased, and item(s) receivedÂ
- Track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) purchasesÂ
- Contact Leads regarding purchases and dates of consumption for purchased items
- Update spreadsheet of relevant Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Government Furnished Property module data for PIEE representativeÂ
- Ensure Travel Authorization Request forms have correct contract information and are edited for clarity and all travel is tracked for approval/rejectionÂ
- Ensure trip reports are received, have correct contract information, are edited for clarity, concise, have correct contract data, and submitÂ
- Sent Monthly Status Report reminders; track submittals; compile and perform formatting and grammatical edits as needed; submit Monthly Status Reports and Trip ReportsÂ
- Compile Monthly Report Highlights into a singular report for the CORÂ
- Update security roster with employees who workedÂ
- Compile and revise Monthly AccomplishmentsÂ
- Prepare contract projectionsÂ
- Prepare Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Conference spreadsheets and Action Item spreadsheetsÂ
- Prepare newsletter submissions; abstract articles for newsletter; format newsletter and distribute to teamÂ
- Technical writing and editing requests as neededÂ
