SAIC is searching for a well-organized, reliable electronics technician to join our excellent company. The job includes diagnosing and repairing electronics, reading manuals and installing new equipment, performing routine servicing and inspections, assisting with electronic upgrades, and reporting to senior management. The candidate will be responsible and provide excellent service and manage electronic systems and equipment efficiently.
Job Duties Include:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintenance & Repair: Diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic equipment, circuit boards, and systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Installation & Fabrication: Assembling, installing, and modifying electronic, electrical, and control systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshooting: Using tools such as soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes to locate and fix faults
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Documentation & Reporting: Creating maintenance reports, updating manuals, and documenting repairs
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensuring compliance with established technical standards, safety regulations, and schematics
Required Education and Skills:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate degree, high school diploma or GED, or technical school training in electronics
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or electrical maintenance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in reading circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., in security or AV systems) are preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments (office to outdoor/field)
聽 聽 Security Requirement:聽
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance; Interim Secret needed to start
Must be a U.S. citizen

Desired Experience:
- Hirsch system knowledge is a plus but not required
