Warehouse Technician SC

Connectivity Point is seeking a full-time Warehouse Technician to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, material staging, and job site deliveries. This role is responsible for ensuring customer materials are accurately received, tracked, organized, and prepared for field technicians while maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse. This position will support our South Carolina area of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inventory, monitor stock levels, and notify Purchasing of shortages.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Record material information, including serial numbers, receipt dates, and inventory status.
• Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stage hardware and materials according to customer and project requirements.
• Prepare complete material packages for field technicians.
• Deliver staged materials to customer job sites and company locations.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for accuracy and efficiency.
• Process returned materials from technicians and customers.
• Assist with warehouse organization, material movement, and inventory counts.
• Provide occasional field support as needed.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when qualified (preferred).
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and workplace procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Forklift or motorized pallet jack experience or certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift materials.
• Repeatedly lift and move up to 80 pounds.
