Job Summary

Handles and paints parts to required quality standards, makes basic equipment adjustments, ensures proper chemical concentrations, supports material flow and inventory, operates burn-off ovens, follows schedules, maintains PPE and 5S standards, and complies with all safety and respirator testing requirements.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Handle & paint parts at normal quantity and quality levels.
  • Make simple adjustments to equipment.
  • Check to assure proper concentrations of cleaning agents.
  • Assist supervision with the smooth & orderly flow of materials, maintaining inventory of racking components, determining their usefulness.
  • Efficiently operate burn-off oven as required.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Read and understand schedules and related materials.
  • Maintain personal safety equipment.
  • Responsible for 5S in work area.
  • Must be able to pass Fit, Spirometrey and Respirator Tests.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bi-Lingual: English / Spanish.
  • You should be flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to read and understand English.
