Job Summary**

The CDL-Laborer at Primoris Services Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by operating commercial vehicles and performing general labor tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) such as dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies.
* Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, completing necessary documentation.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
* Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including but not limited to digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and clearing debris.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Assist skilled tradespersons as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in and around vehicles and on job sites.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other team members.

Job Qualifications**

* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
* Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience operating commercial vehicles in a construction or related environment preferred.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
* Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
* Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
