Our team is looking for a Value Stream Leader to join the team. You will report to the Value Stream Director, and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Proven leadership experience in program and/or product management
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with customers to drive business outcomes
- Self-motivated and able to work within a multi-disciplined team across a matrix organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal functions.
- Ability to demonstrate sound business and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated integrity with high standards of business and professional ethics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply attention to detail and possess a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Results-oriented with a track record of growing and expanding an OE or MRO business
- Understanding of operations, aviation regulations, and customer service best practices
- Knowledge & Experience working with an ERP (SAP, Epicor etc.)
- Essential PC and office software skills (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools).
- Â Aerospace & commercial/military industry experience required
As a Value Stream Leader, you will:
Have a unique leadership position within the site's Tier 2 daily management structure, where you will have responsibility for a portfolio of products across numerous licenses within a “Value Stream” at the Creedmoor site.
You will have responsibilities across several key business functions, primarily including,
P&L – You will be responsible for the participation and involvement of weekly forecasting of financials for the month, quarter, and FY, with clear and accurate financial reporting to Senior Mgmt Team (SMT) & Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Operations – You will be accountable for the Operational performance and leadership of the production team across all products applicable to your value stream & associated operational KPI’s
Customer / Commercial – You will be accountable for the commercial performance and leadership of the CAM team across all customers applicable to your value stream & associated customer KPI’s

Strategic Leadership
- Support Value Stream Director with strategic oversight of program and value stream strategies to ensure performance meets or exceeds customer, financial, and operational expectations.
- Lead and develop Supervisors & Customer account managers (CAM’s) to consistently achieve company objectives related to Operational performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Support local site & global strategic initiatives
Operational Responsibilities & Leadership
- Develop & implement (where required), and monitor key performance indicators to ensure successful execution, including but not limited to:
- HSE Metrics (Health, Safety & Environment)
- OTD/OTIF (on-time delivery, on time in full)
- DLU (Direct Line Utilisation)
- Labor Efficiency
- COPQ (Cost of poor Quality)
- Customer Returns / Rejections
- WIP (Work in progress)
- CTP (Conformance to Plan)
- Inventory Mgmt
- SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operational Planning)
- Establish workflow, scheduling, tactical and strategic planning to support our products and services
- Lead & monitor production CTP metrics to ensure successful schedule adherence & execution, taking applicable RCCA to address failures to plan
- Ensure material availability and applicable supplier expedite requests by leading & collaborating with Ops/planning /supply chain and updating material LOB’s (Line of Balance) where required.
Commercial / Customer Responsibilities & Leadership
- Build and sustain customer relationships to deliver exceptional service, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term value.
- Propose and maintain a clear medium and long-term strategy for our customers and their respective products.
- Partner with sales team to analyze the market and commercial activity to ensure the inventory levels and lead times are appropriate to meet customer requirements and provide opportunities.
Teaming/Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to align supply chain, operations, and commercial strategies in support of operational excellence.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering leadership to establish project priorities that align technical execution with customer and business needs.
P&L
- Contribute to the forecasting process, ensuring accurate revenue projections through disciplined alignment of sales pipeline, inventory strategy, and lead times.
- Involvement in pricing strategies, with the support of the Sales team and Revenue Management team, to ensure maximum value creation across every aspect of the business.

- Coach, mentor, and develop talent to drive high performance in Operations, customer service, and leadership capability.
