Onsite Project Contract Specialist

The Onsite Project Contract Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of commercial and contractual matters for specifically assigned construction projects. Reporting to the Commercial Contracts Manager, this position serves as the primary project-level resource for contract administration, contractual notices, change management, commercial documentation and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Contract Specialist works directly with Project Managers, Project Executives, Operations, Accounting, Procurement and other project stakeholders to ensure commercial and contractual requirements are understood, deadlines are met, changes are properly documented and contractual rights and commercial interests are protected. This is an active project commercial-management role, not simply a document-control function. This is a full-time position that will work onsite at a project location.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
