Core Responsibilities - Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): hygiene, dressing, meals, mobility - Support community participation and basic recreational activities - Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and care instructions - Observe and report changes in behavior, health, or safety - Maintain basic documentation (daily notes, incident reports) Skills & Competencies - Compassion, patience, and professionalism - Basic communication and de-escalation awareness - Ability to follow instructions and routinesQualificationsTraining & Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Orientation and onboarding training - CPR/First Aid certification (or within probation period) - Mandated reporter, HIPAA, and abuse/neglect training
