This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant environment that hosts a variety of exciting events including roping, rodeos, barrel races, western sports, Arena-cross, and cheerleading competitions. QualificationsResponsibilities Operate and manage a one-person kitchen efficiently and independently Prep food prior to kitchen opening Accurately read order tickets and prioritize preparation Operate basic kitchen equipment, such as a flat top grill and fryer Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift Complete end-of-shift cleaning duties Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk (including stairs), stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods during events
